To earn your certification, you must:

- ✓ Achieve a passing grade (70%+) on weekly assignments
- ✓ Attend and participate in the 2-week in-person intensive

Certification Duration: Your Community Land Developer certification is valid for 5 years. Continuing education and professional development opportunities are available for renewal and advancement.
